Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Ammunition
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
Return Process
- Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@darknetfirearms.com or contact to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive a Return Authorization:
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Ship the Item:
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
Inspection and Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and you may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
